FAQ/Information
How will I get my new puppy?
Pick up at our home:
You can come pick up your puppy at our home in north central Arkansas. We will set a pickup day and time.
We will meet you:
We will set up a location, date, and time to meet you with your new puppy.
Shipping:
We can provide information for ground or air transportation services.
I can bring your puppy to you for an additional travel fee.
Reservation Fee and Payment information
We require a reservation fee to hold your puppy for you. This fee insures us that you are serious about getting your puppy. We will send you a detailed receipt of the reservation fee payment for your peace of mind and protection. Fees are non-refundable.
Payment methods we accecpt:

Cash App - $LeaAnnDunn
Credit Card ~ We can accept cards, there is a $50 transaction fee that will be added to your total.
Personal Check - you can mail a check to us, but please note your payment will not be valid until the check clears our bank, at that time we will send you a receipt. We will not hold your puppy pick until your check has cleared our bank.
Paying for your new puppy:
Minus your reservation fee, the balance is due on pickup day. Cash is preferred but you can pay ahead of pickup time with notice, via Venmo or Cash App.
We WILL NOT accept a personal check on pickup day!

What's the process to get a puppy:
When you have decided that you are ready to place a reservation fee for one of our puppies, please call, text, or email me. All of my information is listed on our contact page. We do not have an "application process," we choose to TRUST that you are looking for your new family member. We hope you already know that puppies are ALOT of work and training takes time and patience. We trust that you have researched the breed diligently and know the characteristics of the puppy you are considering.
